Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their Finance team in Montreal. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will drive financial partnerships across the organization while leading strategic finance initiatives with high visibility to the CFO, executive leadership team, and external advisors. Key responsibilities include: managing financial partnerships with VPs and C-suite stakeholders by providing robust financial analysis to support strategic plans; preparing and presenting deliverables to senior leadership; building financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly projections to enable decision-making across the organization; collaborating with business teams to provide recommendations and analyses that drive revenue growth and optimize profitability; managing the company P&L by analyzing financial and operational results, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading cost optimization initiatives; developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to enhance forecast and planning accuracy; supporting other FP&A leaders in long-term strategy development; and building cross-functional networks to anticipate and plan for revenue strategy changes. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, or finance; 10+ years of progressive financial analysis experience; advanced Excel proficiency; demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and presenting P&L results; experience as a finance business partner to senior leadership; strong team management experience; and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required as a global company). Experience in consulting or accounting firms is a plus.
