Time To Hire seeks an HR Manager to lead human resources strategy for a specialized cargo transportation and automotive logistics company. This is a people-management role overseeing HR operations for an organization with 300+ employees. Key Responsibilities: • Lead HR strategy and oversee all talent management functions including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention across operational, administrative, and management levels. • Manage labor relations, union negotiations, and conflict resolution to maintain a stable work environment. • Ensure compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, applicable NOMs, and other regulatory requirements. • Coordinate disciplinary processes, terminations, rescissions, and labor procedures in accordance with current legislation. • Manage audits and inspections from labor authorities, Civil Protection, and regulatory bodies. • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with plant operations. • Monitor key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, vacancy fill rates, productivity, employee climate, training, and development. • Prepare and oversee HR budgets. • Lead multidisciplinary HR teams, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement. • Advise management and executives on labor and organizational matters to support decision-making. • Drive organizational development programs, training initiatives, performance evaluations, and succession planning. • Participate in and follow up on audit processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (required). • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role (mandatory). • Advanced Excel proficiency, Power BI, data analysis, and trend analysis. • Key competencies: critical thinking, results orientation, effective communication, initiative, commitment, and knowledge of the transportation industry.
