Pencil is building an AI Operating System for marketing that aggregates leading AI models, enforces enterprise governance, and enables brands like Diageo, L'Oréal, and Unilever to move from creative brief to live campaigns in minutes across markets, channels, and languages. As a Gen AI Creative Technologist, you will bridge advertising craft with GenAI speed by building and operating agentic and nodal creative workflows. You'll work directly with Art Directors and Creative Directors, translating their creative briefs into scalable AI-powered systems that connect insight, concept, copy, imagery, and video production. Key responsibilities include: - Discovery & Requirements: Meet with clients and creative teams to understand workflows, identify GenAI opportunities, and translate operational challenges into technical implementation plans. - Agent, Workflow & System Architecture: Design production-grade prompts, workflows, and agents. Develop repeatable frameworks supporting multiple brands and channels. Own governance, quality control, and reliability of deployed systems. - Enablement & Technical Adoption: Lead training and workshops. Create technical documentation and playbooks. Support change management and serve as the technical authority on GenAI capabilities and constraints. - Platform Evaluation & Innovation: Evaluate emerging AI models and platforms. Stress-test new capabilities. Identify architectural improvements and represent the technical roadmap internally. You bring 2-3 years of advertising creative development experience, hands-on proficiency with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini), and experience with prompting and model selection. Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency is required. Agency experience is preferred. You communicate clearly in written English, work collaboratively, and have reliable internet (40+ Mbps). This role is remote-first, based in LATAM (Argentina), with flexibility to work from your home country.
