Salary: PLN 10,500 - 19,100 / monthly

You will join the Sales team as an FX Forwards Sales Executive, responsible for building and driving a sales pipeline for Revolut's FX derivatives products. This is an independent contributor role focused on the Polish market, working with existing Revolut Business customers and prospects.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and close a customer pipeline independently
- Prospect directly across Revolut's existing Business customer base
- Identify pain points with current FX providers and communicate Revolut's FX Forward value proposition
- Meet and exceed sales targets defined by management
- Contact prospective customers from defined territories/verticals to discuss FX forward products
- Execute solution-based sales processes
- Build expertise in FX derivatives and share knowledge across the sales team
- Develop positioning and messaging for FX Forward products
You will work in a high-performing sales culture with opportunities to develop your career. The role is based in Barcelona, Krakow, Lisbon, or Madrid, with remote work options available across Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Polish (required)
- Excellent communication skills and clear articulation over the phone
- Demonstrable experience selling FX forward products in a non-bank environment
- Commercial experience, particularly in telesales
- Interest in developing a career within a high-performing sales culture
