You will join the Engineering department as a Fullstack Data Engineer with a focus on AI and NLP. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain highly available data pipelines that support core products. You'll develop medium to large features using available technologies while proactively learning new ones and reducing technical debt. You will collaborate within an agile team that emphasizes automation and high-quality software design, taking ownership of user-facing features from inception through release and beyond. You'll support colleagues to achieve overall team success and foster a collaborative environment, embodying the company's cultural pillars of transparency and trust.
The role emphasizes problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities. You will work on features that directly impact the company's mission to protect critical infrastructure from cyber threats.
**Requirements:**
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and concurrent programming
- Proficiency in a dynamic programming language such as Python or Ruby
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and NLP (plus)
- Familiarity with Docker and prior frontend development experience, including JavaScript and React (highly desirable)
