Nabla is an AI-powered clinical documentation assistant trusted by over 100,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations. The company processes 10 billion tokens monthly with LLMs and automatically generates hundreds of thousands of clinical notes weekly, saving clinicians thousands of hours.
You'll join a cross-functional squad as a Full-Stack Engineer, contributing end-to-end to specific product areas. The role spans web and desktop platforms, back-end APIs, and services supporting clinical workflows. You'll collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Design teams to move projects from conception to production in real clinical settings.
Key responsibilities include building and improving product features across web and desktop, contributing to back-end APIs and services, writing clean and maintainable code, and learning from senior engineers in a fast-moving environment.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of industry full-stack engineering experience, solid computer science foundations, comfort with back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, Python) and front-end frameworks (React, Vue), and clear English communication. Bonus experience with native application languages (Swift, Kotlin, Rust, C#) is valued.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Swift, Rust, and Electron on the frontend; Kotlin/JVM, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL on the backend; and Python, PyTorch, Slurm, GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes for ML and infrastructure.
