SentiLink is seeking an experienced Fraud Strategy Leader to join its leadership pipeline as part of a strategic hiring initiative for fraud professionals. Rather than a single predefined role, this is a flexible leadership position where the company will work with you during recruiting to identify the highest-impact opportunity based on your expertise, interests, and business needs. You will bring 10+ years of deep fraud, financial crime, identity, or trust & safety expertise from financial institutions, fintech, payments, insurance, marketplaces, or other regulated industries. Your responsibilities will span multiple high-impact areas: advising on fraud trends and emerging attack patterns; translating fraud insights into strategic recommendations and product direction; partnering cross-functionally to influence product strategy and business initiatives; building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally; representing SentiLink through industry engagement and thought leadership; defining best practices for fraud prevention and risk management; and staying ahead of emerging fraud techniques and market trends. You will report directly into your aligned function with clear ownership and accountability from day one. The role leverages your strategic thinking, ability to influence without direct authority, and executive presence to solve complex, ambiguous problems across fraud strategy, product strategy, operational excellence, industry engagement, strategic partnerships, and executive stakeholder management. SentiLink is a Series B fintech backed by Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. The company provides real-time identity verification and risk solutions that have verified hundreds of millions of identities. It was named to the Forbes Fintech 50, won a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award, and was the first company to go live with eCBSV. The company operates with offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru, supporting hybrid and remote work arrangements.
