ServiceNow is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across the organization. In this role, you will own monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings processes spanning multiple verticals and geographies, partnering closely with Sales, Analytics, Investor Relations, and Corporate Strategy teams to identify risks and opportunities impacting bookings and customer performance. You will deliver actionable reporting insights to senior leadership while supporting executive OKRs across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining KPIs to measure bookings health, pipeline performance, productivity, and growth trends; translating complex datasets into concise business insights that drive strategic decisions; and supporting high-visibility deliverables such as leadership performance reviews, earnings activities, and Financial Analyst Day presentations. You will also partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and governance standards, and support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, dashboards, and analytical tools. A core part of this role is championing automation opportunities within FP&A through Power BI, Snowflake, AI tools, RPA solutions, and scalable reporting processes. ServiceNow is the AI control tower for business reinvention, with a platform that brings together any AI, any data, and any workflow. The company works with 85% of the Fortune 500 and is building an AI-native culture where technology and talent drive transformation. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Sales Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or related analytical functions - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Strong financial modeling and reporting abilities - Proficiency with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, or similar analytical platforms - Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends/anomalies against expectations - Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated interest in understanding the "why" behind business decisions, not just the "what"
