As FP&A Manager, GTM, you will be on the front lines of informing company strategy through financial analysis and building scalable processes to match company growth. You report to the Director, FP&A.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead monthly GTM reporting on pipeline generation, conversion, CAC, and pipe-to-spend by channel, with variance analysis for leadership
- Own the GTM budget and re-forecast cycle, including demand-gen envelope and in-year reallocation across channels
- Build and own the pipeline coverage model to determine how much pipeline must be created by segment and channel to hit bookings targets
- Own GTM unit economics (CAC, payback, LTV, net revenue retention by segment) and measurement standards
- Serve as thought partner on sales capacity to determine quota coverage, rep ramp, territory productivity, and headcount required
- Partner directly with the CRO and CMO as the finance counterpart in pipeline reviews, channel bets, and budget reallocation
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 4-8+ years of experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or GTM/sales finance at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Salesforce reporting and AI tooling experience; demonstrated experience owning GTM forecasting and modeling is a nice-to-have
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to partner effectively across departments
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure
- Comfort operating where attribution is imperfect; ability to identify when numbers aren't good enough to plan on and propose fixes
