As FP&A Manager, you will be a key reporting specialist for Tide's global FP&A function, responsible for driving financial excellence and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows against tight deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
**Monthly Management Reporting**: Own preparation of monthly management accounts and deliver high-impact financial commentary identifying key trends, variances, and business drivers for executive leadership.
**Variance Analysis**: Lead advanced Budget vs. Actual analysis across weekly, monthly, and quarterly workstreams, "telling the story" behind numbers and ensuring global leadership understands performance drivers.
**Financial Control Bridge**: Act as primary liaison between FP&A and Financial Reporting & Control teams, ensuring seamless data flows, reporting integrity, and alignment on accounting treatments.
**Cash & Balance Sheet Forecasting**: Build, scale, and maintain robust automated forecasting models for cash flow and balance sheet reporting to support global liquidity management and strategic capital allocation.
**Regulatory & Compliance**: Lead FP&A contribution to regulatory capital reporting, ensuring compliance and capital adequacy across operating markets.
**Process Automation**: Champion efficiency by automating manual reporting tasks, data pipelines, and workflows using FP&A platforms (Aleph), advanced data tools, and AI/LLMs (Claude).
**Advanced Dashboarding**: Design and scale dynamic management dashboards providing real-time insights into P&L metrics, unit economics, and departmental performance.
**Cross-Functional Advisory**: Partner with Finance Business Partners and Department Heads to track spend, manage performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize budgets.
You will bring strong financial accounting foundations, excellent project management skills, passion for data analysis and insight derivation, and storytelling ability to communicate the "so what" behind numbers.
