Precision for Medicine seeks an FP&A Manager to provide financial planning and analysis support to executive leadership, with focus on SG&A, corporate allocations, and consolidated reporting. The role is central to the company's financial decision-making, supporting forecasting, budgeting, results reporting, and ad hoc analysis by consolidating cross-functional financial information and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities include developing periodic forecasts and annual budgets for SG&A and corporate allocations; partnering with FP&A team members and business partners to gather assumptions and validate inputs; coordinating with shared services teams on close reporting and forecasting; providing financial analysis to support operating plans and cost management; preparing monthly financial reporting with variance and trend analysis; summarizing financial results to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities; supporting financial reporting packages and executive presentations; assisting with board preparation materials and consolidated summaries; building and maintaining financial models; validating financial results and identifying cost management opportunities; performing customer, product, and functional profitability analysis; supporting ad hoc analysis and strategic projects; streamlining recurring reporting through systems and tools; collaborating with operations to resolve reporting issues; preparing consolidated sales and incentive reporting analyses; and supporting acquisition integration and pro-forma reporting activities.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business with 8+ years of relevant experience. Required skills include proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and ERP systems; strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset; ability to interpret financial results and identify trends; comfort with complex reporting and large datasets; excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities; and demonstrated integrity when handling confidential financial information. The role requires sound business judgment, curiosity, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
