You will join the Finance team as FP&A Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. This is an ownership role where you will drive the company's financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own company-wide and department-level budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support financial modeling for programs, tenders, customer quotes, and pricing decisions to inform business strategy.
• Develop and manage management reporting infrastructure, including KPI dashboards, burn rate analysis, and margin tracking.
• Lead preparation of board materials and investor-facing financial packages for stakeholder communication.
• Provide financial modeling support for M&A processes and pro forma budget analysis.
• Integrate pipeline data into the financial model and support ongoing accuracy and maintenance.
You will be a key strategic partner to leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions to gather requirements and deliver high-quality financial analysis.
