As FP&A Manager, you will own the analytical backbone of this rapidly growing platform. You'll partner directly with leadership to steer the business through comprehensive financial planning and analysis. Your core responsibilities include building and managing the annual budget with ongoing tracking, preparing monthly business reviews (MBRs) for the parent company and growing subsidiaries, owning long-term financial and cash flow modeling, preparing investor and lender reporting, and leading special financial investigations when needed. You'll work closely with an outsourced accounting partner who handles monthly close and day-to-day bookkeeping, allowing you to focus on strategic analysis and planning.
This role is ideal for someone from investment banking, consulting, or FP&A backgrounds who wants real ownership over business planning and understanding, not just process execution. You should bring 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling skills, and hands-on experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes. You're comfortable building structure from scratch in ambiguous environments and thrive in high-growth, fast-moving organizations. AI experience is a strong plus. Success requires clear communication with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, a builder mentality, and the ability to operate effectively with evolving priorities and tight timelines.
