As FP&A Manager, you will be a key member of the Finance & Business Performance team, reporting to the VP Financial & Business Performance at the Stockholm headquarters. You will play a central role in building and scaling the FP&A function as the company continues rapid growth. Your work will directly inform senior management decision-making through rigorous financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly financial management reporting and dashboards for senior leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives
- Monitor revenue and costs in collaboration with business teams
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting and visualization frameworks
- Conduct ad-hoc business performance analysis and contribute to financial process improvements
- Support team OKRs and ensure strategic initiatives are tracked and achieved
- Stay current with FP&A trends and best practices
- Collaborate across the organization with business teams and senior management to ensure financial insights drive strategic decisions
You will help establish the financial processes and structures needed to support the company's scaling phase, bringing analytical rigor and structured thinking to how the business tracks performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Professional experience as a Business Controller, preferably in a global and/or rapidly scaling organization
- Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and build scalable financial processes
- Strong written and spoken communication skills; outgoing and curious mindset with effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English (corporate language)
- Preferred: experience in international and/or publicly listed companies, and/or subscription-based (SaaS) business models
