Salary: GBP 59,300 - 66,000 / annual
ClearScore, the UK's #1 credit score and report app with 20+ million users globally, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its Global FP&A team in London. Reporting to the Global FP&A Lead, you will play a key role in scaling the FP&A function and delivering strategic financial insights across a diverse, multi-geography business group.
You will be hands-on across three core pillars: recurring analysis (budgeting cycles, forecasting), project analysis (strategic investments, M&A opportunities), and ad hoc analysis supporting senior leadership decisions. Your responsibilities include partnering with business leads across the Group to run regular budgeting cycles, shaping processes and ensuring alignment with long-term financial goals. You'll produce high-quality financial analysis and business partnering that provides actionable insight to decision-makers throughout the organization, including the executive team.
You will contribute to building a strong financial framework for assessing strategic investments and help scale FP&A capability across the wider Finance team, identifying opportunities for collaboration between accounting, reporting, and FP&A functions.
Key skills and experience required: proven experience in a strategic finance role within a high-growth company; strong financial modelling skills with deep understanding of commercial models and unit economics; excellent numerical reasoning and quantitative skills; comfort with SQL for data extraction and analysis; strategic thinking and problem-solving ability; excellent written and verbal communication with ability to create compelling presentations; detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure; self-starter comfortable with ambiguity who can build processes from the ground up while navigating cross-functional collaboration.
Desirable qualifications include a relevant accounting qualification and experience with Anaplan, though neither is essential.
