We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team as we scale from startup to production. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Programs, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to provide the financial insights that drive company strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain financial models that support strategic decision-making
- Support forecasting and long-range planning initiatives
- Analyze program performance and identify trends
- Prepare executive reporting and dashboards
- Provide insights that enable informed business decisions across the organization
- Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for leadership
This is a highly visible role with broad exposure across the business.
