As an FP&A Analyst, you will support the financial planning and analysis function for this growth-stage, venture-backed business. The role involves building financial models, analyzing business performance against plan, preparing variance reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and product to forecast revenue, manage budgets, and identify financial optimization opportunities.
