Artian AI is building agentic AI automation for financial services, working with some of the world's largest financial institutions on complex workflows that span multiple systems and require production-grade controls, auditability, and governance.
As a Founding Solutions Consultant, you will own the customer-facing technical and solution lifecycle of enterprise opportunities from first discovery through POC execution. This is a senior individual contributor role that bridges technical credibility with commercial thinking. You will be equally comfortable leading discovery sessions with senior bank stakeholders, delivering product demos, mapping workflows across enterprise systems, and working alongside Forward Deployed Engineers to resolve implementation issues. Unlike traditional pre-sales roles, you own the full engagement through POC execution before handing off to the Solutions Delivery Manager for production rollout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading discovery with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, decision points, approvals, and controls
- Qualifying opportunities on workflow complexity, business value, and technical fit
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Designing solutions that map existing processes onto Artian's platform
- Scoping POCs with clear objectives, success criteria, milestones, and ownership
- Leading the customer-facing side of POC execution, keeping work tied to business problems
- Presenting POC outcomes and identifying expansion opportunities
- Building repeatable discovery frameworks, POC structures, and solution templates as an early commercial team member
- Feeding structured customer insights back to product, engineering, and GTM leadership
You will work in-person in New York as part of a founding team, collaborating closely with founders, Forward Deployed Engineers, product, and engineering. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Artian sells and deploys its product while owning engagements with some of the world's largest financial institutions on production agentic AI systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in enterprise software, AI/ML, fintech, or related field, including 4+ years in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, or pre-sales
- Track record of personally driving complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through POC or pilot execution
- Experience working with large financial institutions or other highly regulated enterprises
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML systems, agentic applications, workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, data flows, enterprise integrations, and modern application architectures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior business and technical audiences
- Strong process ownership: setting next steps, chasing dependencies, keeping complex engagements moving
- Comfort working across sales, product, and engineering in early-stage environment
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Direct experience selling or deploying solutions within banking
- Knowledge of banking operations, risk, controls, or servicing workflows
- Experience navigating enterprise security, architecture, model risk, or governance reviews
