Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual

As Founding Recruiter, you will own and build the recruiting function across business, technology, and clinical functions. You will personally run full-cycle hiring from sourcing and outreach through interviews, offers, and closing. You will partner with leadership to prioritize hiring needs and deliver high-volume hiring without compromising quality. You will build the systems, talent pipelines, and recruiting team that support the company's next stage of growth, and raise the bar for Foresight Health's culture and performance.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and direct influence on company trajectory. You will work closely with leadership in a fast-moving team with high standards and clear accountability, with the opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up.

- Proven success recruiting exceptional talent at early-stage, fast-growing startups
- Track record of delivering both hiring volume and quality, with concrete results to demonstrate
- Hands-on recruiter capable of closing technical and business talent and building repeatable pipelines for clinical hiring
- Strong judgment, relentless follow-through, and comfort operating with ambiguity and significant ownership
