Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual

Voize is an AI-powered platform that automates digital workflows for frontline workers in healthcare and other industries, backed by $50M Series A funding from Balderton Capital, Y Combinator, and HV Capital. The company serves 2,000+ facilities and 200,000+ users globally. You will be voize's first dedicated recruiter on the ground in New York, joining a 5-person US team that includes the CEO and co-founder. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on building the US go-to-market function from the ground up. Key responsibilities include: - Own full-cycle recruiting for US GTM roles: Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers - Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate experience to ensure fast, transparent, and human-centered processes - Represent voize at industry events, conferences, and networking forums; build and activate a referral pipeline through genuine relationship-building - Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through targeted outreach and active sourcing, not relying solely on inbound applications - Partner with the global talent acquisition team and hiring managers to bring local market insights into voize's recruiting playbook - Work directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition and CEO on strategy and execution You bring several years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience at fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies, with a proven track record hiring commercial and GTM talent. You are comfortable being the first dedicated TA hire for a new region, hands-on with sourcing, scheduling, and logistics while also contributing to strategy. You are a skilled active sourcer who treats outreach, networking, and community building as core responsibilities. You have strong stakeholder management skills and can advise and influence hiring managers and leadership, including direct collaboration with founders and executives. The role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days per week onsite at the NYC hub. Compensation includes base salary of $120,000–$150,000, stock options, 20 vacation days, 10 sick days, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, and 401(k).
