ClaimSorted is transforming insurance claims handling and risk management for the world's largest insurers and Fortune 500 companies. Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, the company has grown 10x in the past year and is building AI-powered automation systems to help people and businesses recover more efficiently when things go wrong. As Founding Deployment Strategist, you will own the post-launch phase of AI automation systems—ensuring every feature shipped actually gets adopted, trusted, and used as designed. This is a bridge role between engineering and end-users (claims handlers and teams at major insurers). Key responsibilities: - Own the complete rollout strategy for new automations: define introduction approach, identify training needs, map workflow changes, and establish success metrics - Serve as translator between technical engineering teams and non-technical claims operations teams—convert user needs into executable deployment plans and translate technical capabilities into actionable insights for business users - Make adoption measurable: track usage metrics, gather feedback from claims teams, and flag deployment issues early before they compound - Influence adoption outcomes across teams you don't directly control, balancing technical feasibility with user readiness You'll work in the London office as part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration and building together. The company emphasizes moving fast, overdelivering, customer-first thinking, challenging the status quo, and transparent communication. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong understanding of how AI and agentic systems work—sufficient to have substantive conversations with engineers without writing code yourself - Excellent translation skills: ability to explain automation capabilities and business value to non-technical audiences - Structured, process-minded approach: capable of designing comprehensive rollout plans, not just reacting to problems - Comfort owning outcomes you don't fully control; understanding that adoption depends on people and influence, not just engineering quality - Background in technical program management, solutions consulting, product operations, or similar is valued, but hunger and grit matter more than years of experience
