Customers include some of the world's largest robotics, machine, and component manufacturers.
As Founding Deployment Lead, you will own end-to-end customer deployments—from initial executive workshops through production rollout across multiple plants. You'll work with C-level executives, shop-floor operators, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation. Your responsibilities include:
• Lead deployments end-to-end, managing the full customer journey from strategy to production use across plants
• Shape the product by working daily with users, translating messy workflows into feature requests, and collaborating closely with engineering to influence the roadmap
• Build for scale by converting one-off deployments into repeatable playbooks and product features, eventually building and leading the deployment team
• Sit at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, bringing insights back to shape Dryft's strategic direction

You'll spend time in the trenches with customers, prototyping solutions, and driving adoption. The role offers unusual ownership early on and the opportunity to grow into leadership positions like Chief Product Officer or Chief Operating Officer.
