Geordie helps enterprises govern their AI agents safely. We're hiring our founding Account Manager for EMEA to be the first person in the region focused entirely on existing customer success, managing approximately 50 customers plus strategic accounts.
You'll own the complete customer lifecycle in EMEA: be the primary day-to-day contact for customers, run bi-weekly check-ins and Executive Business Reviews, and lead onboarding and implementation for new customers. You'll take the customer processes our US team has built, adapt them for EMEA, and continuously improve them as we learn.
This role combines technical depth with commercial responsibility. You'll troubleshoot product issues hands-on, working with Technical Account Managers, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve customer problems. You'll own a renewal number and hit it, starting renewal conversations early and identifying at-risk accounts. You'll also drive expansion by working with Account Executives on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging your deep customer knowledge.
You'll be the voice of the customer internally, passing feedback to Product and Engineering to shape what we build next. You'll maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Attio, provide accurate forecasting, and collaborate smoothly across Sales, Support, Technical Account Management, Product, and Development teams. You'll also work to turn satisfied customers into advocates through references, case studies, testimonials, and introductions.
The company uses AI agents in day-to-day work, including tools like Claude Cowork, and you'll be expected to do the same.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity

- Experience managing relationships with enterprise customers across multiple stakeholders (practitioners to senior leadership)
- Technical aptitude and hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex products
- Experience building or significantly improving customer processes, playbooks, or functions
- Disciplined about keeping CRM data accurate and current
- Track record of working well across sales, support, technical, and product teams
- Strong written and verbal communication; confidence running Executive Business Reviews with senior stakeholders
- Based in or able to commute to London regularly; willingness to travel within Europe as needed
NICE TO HAVES:
- Fluency in one or more European languages (French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or Nordic languages)
- Experience with security or AI/ML tooling customers
- Prior experience as early or founding customer hire at high-growth Series A–B SaaS company
- Existing network of enterprise security and AI leaders in UK and Europe
