Omnea is an AI-native procurement platform that automates enterprise buying processes. The company has raised $75M from top-tier VCs (Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel) and is trusted by global enterprises including Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. The US team has grown from 3 to 30+ people in 12 months, with the GTM team hitting 108% of target last year and 170%+ last quarter.
As a Founding Account Executive, you will own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise new business cycles from initial meeting through signature. Your responsibilities include:
- Running end-to-end sales cycles involving Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, and IT stakeholders
- Becoming the expert on selling Omnea's solution and helping define go-to-market strategy, messaging, verticals, and deal strategy
- Translating buyer feedback directly to product and engineering teams and seeing it shipped
- Shaping the US go-to-market strategy as the organization scales, including how deals are structured and how new reps are ramped
- Generating pipeline and closing deals with support from Commercial Associates
This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll have real influence on how the company builds its sales organization and GTM approach. The company operates on a meritocracy model with clear paths to account ownership, vertical leadership, and team management as the US org grows. Omnea has also signed the Future Founder Promise, backing employees who want to start their own companies.
The role requires 3 to 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing enterprise new business deals. You should consistently rank at or near the top of leaderboards, be comfortable with long and complex sales cycles, and ideally have experience as an early hire, founding rep, or founder. The company values diverse backgrounds and encourages applications even if experience doesn't perfectly match the spec.
Omnea operates a hybrid model with in-person presence required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the New York office. The company offers competitive, geo-localized benefits and emphasizes culture and product excellence.
