Higharc is a VC-backed startup transforming how new homes are designed and built through AI-powered plan data structuring. The company has raised over $175M from top-tier VCs and strategic investors in construction and building products.
You'll join a founding Forward Deployed Product Manager role, embedded with enterprise homebuilders to convert their unstructured plan catalogs into structured, queryable product data. This is a hands-on position requiring close partnership with customers and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embed with homebuilder HQ, regional, and division teams to discover plan assets, establish data source of truth, and document how divisions represent and vary plans
- Own product definition for searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled natural-language search capabilities
- Tune Higharc's Autotranslate AI to identify, categorize, and translate floorplans into structured data
- Work directly with data: query the plan library, build against internal APIs, and ship working capability to users
- Define and defend acceptance criteria for delivery milestones—coverage targets, data completeness, QA thresholds
- Frame quantifiable ROI around redundancy reduction, consolidation opportunities, and purchasing leverage
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Leads, QA, and Client Strategy teams
- Capture playbooks and data patterns to scale the forward-deployed model across engagements

Plus factors: Background in residential construction, homebuilding, architecture, or AEC technology. Experience with agent-based search, RAG systems, or LLM-powered analytics.
