DOSS is building an AI-native operations cloud platform for physical product businesses to manage procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and finance in real time. The company recently raised a $55M Series B and is expanding into upper mid-market and enterprise segments.
The Forward Deployed Product Manager role sits at the intersection of product, implementation, and customer success. You will own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for 1-2 major clients, from discovery and requirements analysis through product design, configuration, UAT, and go-live. This includes conducting deep-dive process mapping across customer organizations, translating business workflows into DOSS platform configurations, collaborating with technical teams on integrations and data migrations, and driving customer adoption and retention.
Beyond customer delivery, you'll contribute to building new product capabilities within the DOSS ERP platform to support enterprise expansion, establish best practices across the Forward Deployed Services team, and drive process improvements through automation and AI.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company. ERP implementation experience is highly valued. You are a systems thinker who can navigate interconnected people, process, and technology challenges. You thrive in high-intensity startup or consulting environments, can intuitively grasp complex engineering and logic problems, and have strong analytical skills (SQL experience is a plus). Above all, you combine customer obsession with operational rigor, business acumen, and intellectual firepower to synthesize complex information and drive fast decisions.
DOSS offers competitive salary with meaningful equity, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with immediate eligibility, in-office lunch 5 days/week, flexible PTO, commuter and equipment stipends, wellness benefits, generous parental leave, and relocation assistance. The role is based in San Francisco with an in-office culture.
