GoTo Group is seeking a Fleet Vehicle Operations Senior Manager to lead fleet operations across multiple cities in Indonesia. This is a strategic operations role focused on building and managing one of Indonesia's largest vehicle fleets for the GoTo mobility ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute end-to-end vehicle asset management strategies aligned with fleet business goals
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs across the entire fleet
- Manage strategic partnerships with third-party workshops and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Control Cost per Vehicle per Month metrics
- Enforce operational discipline and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across carpool operations, including check-in/check-out processes, physical inspections, vehicle allocation, and handovers
- Ensure full regulatory compliance for all fleet assets (vehicle tax/STNK, roadworthiness/KIR, operational permits)
- Oversee end-to-end insurance claim processes for damaged or accident-involved vehicles to minimize financial loss
- Prepare and manage operational budget (OPEX) for Vehicle Operations, including maintenance, facility maintenance, and incident recovery costs
- Identify and strengthen partnerships to expand carpool operations, repair networks, and EV charging capabilities
- Build internal capabilities where needed (driver acquisition, carpool management, emergency response)
- Set quality standards and hold teams accountable to expectations

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business Operations (Master's/MM/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Fleet Operations, Car Rental Management, Logistics Operations, or Automotive Fleet Management
- At least 3 years in a lead/management role
- Preferred background in Manufacturing, Logistics/Express, Car Rental & Leasing Services, or Large-scale Fleet Operations
- Deep understanding of Fleet Management Systems (FMS), Telematics/GPS tracking, and operational fleet analytics
- Strong automotive technical knowledge (vehicle mechanical diagnosis, repair estimations, workshop cost controls)
- Proven track record managing large-scale carpool operations and third-party outsourced manpower
- Solid grasp of fleet compliance regulations (Samsat, KIR, Commercial Auto Insurance claims)
- Strong strategic leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills
- High-level vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills
