Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Running partner performance reviews and identifying improvement plans when KPIs are missed
- Reviewing deployment volume forecasts against partner capacity and proactively negotiating capacity expansion (new technicians, updated agreements)
- Leading commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms as partners scale
- Meeting with Fleet technicians and partner leadership to understand operational challenges and unblock deployments
- Designing incentive programs that reward technicians for quality work and on-time installs
- Leading commercial onboarding for new partners
- Translating partner feedback into improvements with internal teams (Ops Engineering, Dispatch, Fleet Sourcing, Technician Operations, Distribution, Service Delivery)
- Advising Dispatch on partner capacity based on commercial relationships and operational knowledge
- Running recurring partner check-ins covering tactical execution and long-term business planning
- Building systems that power the partner network—dashboards, feedback loops, onboarding programs, partner scorecards
In year two, you could expand to building the global performance system powering Meter's deployment network, onboarding and developing Fleet partners in new markets, managing Meter's most strategic partners, or influencing next-generation installer tooling and operational systems.
Travel: 30-40% expected. You'll be in the field running in-person meetings, supporting onboarding, and seeing technicians at work firsthand.

- Able to hold partners accountable to clear standards while advocating for them internally
- Strong communication skills; build trust with partners and internal teams
- Stay calm when things get messy
- Motivated by building systems that enable thousands of technicians and partners to deliver world-class infrastructure
- Increasingly develop your own vision for how this program impacts partners, technicians, and customers at global scale
