Fluidstack is building civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI at unprecedented speed and scale. The company is acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them across hardware and software teams. The mission is to deploy frontier compute infrastructure faster than anyone else, with the belief that speed determines whether AI expands or constrains human freedom. The Supply Chain team is responsible for qualifying and dual-sourcing critical equipment across 10s to 100s of GWs of compute capacity—the largest buildout of compute in history. The team is building AI-powered supply chain prediction modeling to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with industry-leading precision, turning foresight into structural competitive advantage. As Fleet Manager, you will own the complete hardware fleet lifecycle across all sites: receipt, deployment, spares management, RMA (return merchandise authorization), and decommissioning. You will set spares strategy per site—determining levels, locations, and replenishment triggers while balancing availability against capital consumption. You will track fleet health and utilization metrics so that aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions proactively rather than creating surprises. You will also coordinate fleet moves between sites, managing packaging standards and chain of custody. Fluidstack operates with radical autonomy ("be a barrel"), insane urgency, first-principles reasoning, and a focus on building something that matters. The company hires people who care deeply about the problem space and are willing to put in long hours at high intensity. REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstrated experience managing a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units - Experience setting spares levels based on failure data and defending the working capital they consume - Proven ability to maintain asset records with audit-grade accuracy - Track record running RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned measurable financial value - Bonus qualifications: GPU or server fleet experience, DCIM and asset management systems, reverse logistics expertise, depreciation and capital planning knowledge
