Revolut's Wealth & Trading team is seeking a Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst to lead the development of systematic predictive models and strategies for corporate bonds and credit default swaps. This role bridges alpha generation and execution engineering, requiring expertise in quantitative investment research and systematic portfolio construction. Key responsibilities include: - Leading development of systematic predictive models for fixed income securities - Integrating macroeconomic trends and sector-specific insights into portfolio engines - Designing and implementing fixed income portfolio construction and optimization frameworks - Collaborating with engineering teams to design, test, and refine algorithms for automated execution workflows - Conducting hypothesis testing and backtesting to validate model accuracy and performance - Managing execution specifics including liquidity sourcing, market impact, and transaction costs - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and portfolio risk limits Required qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in quantitative investment research and systematic portfolio construction for fixed income - Deep understanding of corporate credit market microstructure and OTC bond liquidity constraints - Solid knowledge of quantitative and statistical tooling for systematic investment decisions - Advanced Python programming skills and proficiency with scientific data stack - Proven track record in transaction cost analysis, tracking error modeling, and risk attribution - STEM educational background Nice-to-have skills include experience with long-short strategies, ETF ecosystem knowledge, index replication methodologies, and CFA qualification or progress toward certification.
