Contabilizei seeks a Fiscal Coordinator to lead and develop a team of tax analysts responsible for managing municipal, state, and federal tax compliance across Brazil's national market. You will ensure timely delivery of tax filings while maintaining high quality standards, NPS scores, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: planning and directing the tax analyst team through the tax calendar; controlling and monitoring tax assessment schedules via KPIs to ensure strict legal compliance and on-time delivery; creating and monitoring qualitative and quantitative performance indicators to track team performance and strategically adapt plans and resource allocation; maintaining active communication and strong relationships with other company departments for technical and operational alignment; distributing work and assigning team members based on technical and behavioral profiles to optimize delivery and team utilization; training the team and providing regular feedback to drive continuous growth and internal career development; diagnosing, analyzing, and communicating risks and opportunities that impact business rules. Required qualifications: bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields; solid experience conducting fiscal operations and managing/developing teams; strong knowledge of tax legislation, particularly Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes; accounting and corporate law knowledge; consistent experience in fiscal management routines and project execution; proficiency with Microsoft Office and process management software; openness to adopting new technologies and AI tools in daily operations.
