Pragma & FirstLook is building the modern operating system for game development, trusted by over 2,000 game studios including Square Enix, Sony, EA, Krafton, and Scopely. FirstLook is the industry-leading Player CRM that helps studios and publishers onboard, understand, and retain players throughout a game's lifecycle.
You will join the Customer Success team as a Solutions Architect, working with the largest and most strategic studio and publisher partners across North America and Europe. This hybrid role splits evenly between pre-sale and post-sale activities.
Pre-sale responsibilities include partnering with the sales team on in-depth technical demos, discovery sessions, and custom solution proposals for strategic deals. You'll scope and build proposals for white label playtests, managed creator programs, player acquisition campaigns, and integrations. You'll translate studio goals into practical plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, acting as the technical and product expert during deal cycles.
Post-sale responsibilities include owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring they derive real value from FirstLook, and growing relationships through new licenses, add-ons, and campaigns. You'll lead onboarding, success planning, and regular business reviews tied to measurable outcomes. You'll identify expansion opportunities within studios and publishers, monitor account health, flag risks early, and bring structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
As a high-ownership role on a small team, you'll have direct access to leadership and product. You'll help shape how custom solutions are delivered as the business scales, turning repeat work into repeatable playbooks. You'll support teammates on strategic accounts and help cover APAC accounts during overlapping hours.
The team includes deeply experienced professionals who have scaled major games like League of Legends and Destiny 2, with platform experience from Google, Twitch, Amazon, and Microsoft. Pragma is Series B-backed by Greylock, Insight Partners, and Upfront Ventures.

- Organized and self-directed; able to juggle multiple strategic accounts and live deals simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Willing to work across time zones and travel to industry events and customer sites
