AlertMedia is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join the Finance and Accounting team within the Finance Operations (FinOps) function. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will serve as the strategic owner of the financial systems ecosystem, responsible for finance data operations, automation, and systems integrations.
This role extends beyond traditional ERP administration. You will administer and enhance NetSuite, support Zone Billing, manage middleware integrations (Workato), and ensure seamless data flow across systems impacting FinOps. You will lead full lifecycle implementations for FinOps-owned back-office initiatives, partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Financial Systems Administration & Governance:**
- Serve as primary NetSuite administrator, managing configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and system governance
- Own vendor and implementation partner relationships, including prioritization, oversight, testing, and delivery
- Administer Zone Billing and related billing processes
- Manage and maintain Workato middleware integrations to ensure accurate, reliable data flow
- Partner with cross-departmental system owners to ensure data integrity and alignment of key reporting dimensions
- Maintain documentation, controls, and governance across the finance systems environment
**System Integration & Data Reliability:**
- Own integration strategy across systems impacting FinOps
- Manage hands-on data movement, reconciliation, and cross-system workflows
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and process support
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and system bottlenecks
**Strategic Operations:**
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and design scalable, system-driven solutions
- Improve cross-system connectivity and elevate process automation
- Strengthen governance and enable Finance Operations to scale with business growth
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
- Translate operational needs into practical system solutions
