AlertMedia is a Risk Intelligence and Response platform company helping organizations protect their people, operations, and brand. The Financial Systems Manager will join the Finance and Accounting team, reporting to the VP of FP&A, as the strategic owner of the financial systems ecosystem within Finance Operations (FinOps).
This role goes beyond traditional ERP administration. You will administer and enhance NetSuite, support Zone Billing, manage middleware integrations (Workato), and ensure seamless data flow across systems impacting FinOps. You will lead full lifecycle implementations for FinOps-owned back-office initiatives, partnering with Accounting, FP&A, RevOps, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary NetSuite administrator, managing configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and system governance
- Own relationships with Finance technology vendors and implementation partners, including prioritization, oversight, testing, and delivery
- Administer Zone Billing and related billing processes
- Manage and maintain Workato middleware integrations to ensure accurate, reliable data flow
- Partner across departments to ensure data integrity and alignment of key dimensions and reporting measures
- Maintain documentation, controls, and governance across the finance systems environment
- Own integration strategy across systems impacting FinOps, ensuring seamless connectivity between ERP and other platforms
- Handle hands-on data movement, reconciliation, cross-system workflows, and reporting
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, system-driven solutions
