Salary: USD 149,000 - 201,000 / annual
Dutchie, founded in 2017, is a comprehensive technology platform powering dispensary operations and cannabis retail. The company has raised over $600M in funding from top-tier investors including D1 Capital Partners, Tiger Global, and Dragoneer, and operates across 40+ markets in the US and Canada.
You will serve as the primary finance partner to Dutchie's Revenue organization, working alongside Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and executive leadership. This role goes beyond standard pipeline reporting to shape pricing strategies, investment decisions, sales capacity planning, and the financial architecture of the company's go-to-market motion.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Business Partnership**: Embed with Revenue leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, headcount investments, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities. Provide financial guidance that influences customer acquisition, expansion, and retention strategies.
**Commercial Planning & Analytics**: Build forecasting models across bookings, ARR, revenue, pipeline, customer cohorts, and sales productivity. Analyze performance across customer segments, products, territories, and revenue motions. Evaluate sales efficiency, marketing ROI, customer acquisition economics, and unit economics. Develop scenario analyses to inform resource allocation.
**Decision Support**: Translate complex GTM data into executive-level insights and recommendations. Partner with Revenue Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting consistency. Support quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and board-level reporting.
**AI & Operational Scale**: Leverage AI and automation to accelerate financial analysis and improve planning workflows. Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, eliminate manual work, and increase analytical depth.
You bring 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or GTM finance. SaaS experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue organizations is preferred. You have strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC, LTV, bookings, pipeline, sales productivity), exceptional financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities, and ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders through data and business partnership. An AI-first mindset with experience using modern tools is essential, along with excellent communication skills and executive presence.
