Taulia, a fintech company within the SAP group, is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support B2B supply chain finance transactions. You will be the operational backbone connecting suppliers, buyers, finance partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth early payment and payment processing.
In this role, you'll work directly with suppliers, buyers, and finance partners to resolve issues around payments and early payment programs. You'll collaborate with the Supplier Success Team, Funding/Trading, Payment Operations, Engineering, Product Development, and customers to maintain and improve service delivery. Key responsibilities include onboarding new suppliers onto the platform, taking ownership of operational issues through resolution, performing root-cause analysis, and triaging incoming requests by priority.
You'll need strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex financial and technical findings into plain language for diverse stakeholders. The role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity—you'll need to quickly shift priorities, juggle time-sensitive tasks, and evaluate trade-offs. You should be proactive about learning and not require constant direction.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business; proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables); experience in finance, financial services, accounting, trade finance, supply chain finance, payments, or fintech; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems; experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms; SQL and relational database knowledge; and background in customer service or client relationship management. Experience working in global teams is a plus.
Taulia's network includes over 2 million businesses across 150+ countries, with marquee customers like Airbus, AstraZeneca, and Nissan. The company helps businesses and suppliers access working capital while building resilient, sustainable supply chains. The role offers a flexible, remote-friendly environment with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage, generous PTO, 401(k) matching, career development opportunities, and mental health support.
