Twilio is seeking a strategic Financial Manager to join the GTM Finance team as the primary financial engine for EMEA Sales. This is a high-impact role focused on translating financial data into actionable strategy and driving growth through rigorous financial planning and analysis. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making - Own global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for sales commissions across all regions - Design and build advanced financial models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks - Drive resource allocation decisions through comprehensive data analysis and proactive decision support - Build cross-functional partnerships to identify margin drivers and opportunities to scale cost-efficiency - Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc financial analyses for senior leadership - Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders Required qualifications: - 8+ years of FP&A experience in progressive financial roles - Strong financial modeling expertise with hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting - Excellent business acumen and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights - Comfort working with ambiguity and collaborating across multiple teams - Strategic thinking and ability to work independently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, and experience with tools like Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, or Oracle. The role is fully remote, working with a global team primarily across Europe and the United States. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and customer engagement.
