Revolut is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager to join its second line of defence team, supporting the growth of financial partnerships through expert oversight and compliance operations. This role sits within the Financial Crime team, which blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to prevent financial crime in a fast-moving digital environment. Key responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, testing, and assurance of financial crime controls; performing product and enterprise risk assessments related to financial partnerships; maintaining and updating group FinCrime policies; and providing oversight and support for identification, remediation, and resolution of FinCrime risk incidents. You'll provide second line of defence support to business and first line FinCrime teams during product and system launches, ensure FinCrime risks are considered in day-to-day operations, and maintain financial crime training for all employees. Additional duties include participating in FinCrime governance committees to challenge initiative owners, establishing and maintaining dashboards to identify areas requiring investigation, preparing reports for senior management and the Board, and escalating high-risk financial crime compliance issues. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in financial crime (AML/CTF and sanctions) across retail and business customer bases, with expertise in KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, risk assessments, and SARs. Correspondent banking experience is essential. You'll need solid understanding of innovative financial services products and their associated risks, in-depth knowledge of anti-financial crime frameworks, familiarity with global requirements, and expertise in identifying vulnerabilities and advising on best practices. Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with fluency in English. Nice-to-have qualifications include professional certifications from internationally recognised bodies (ICA, ACAMS), in-depth knowledge of anti-fraud and control assessment processes, and interest in developing expertise in financial partnerships and payments regulations.
