Revolut is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Manager to lead and refine the company's financial crime and anti-money laundering (AML) control frameworks. This role is critical to ensuring Revolut's products meet legal and regulatory requirements while protecting customers from financial crime.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and refining the financial crime and AML programme across the organization
- Documenting and maintaining policies and procedures related to financial crime compliance
- Working with the global FinCrime function and senior leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks
- Establishing identification and verification standards for customer onboarding and AML compliance
- Overseeing the suspicious activity reporting process, both internally and with external regulators
- Training teams on financial crime detection policies and procedures
- Serving as liaison to local authorities and managing filings with the local financial investigation unit
- Supporting new product launches to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with internal compliance teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks
- Responding to inquiries from law enforcement agencies
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in financial crime compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related role within financial services. You should possess in-depth knowledge of local Singapore regulatory environments and key financial crime regimes, along with familiarity with emerging typologies in money laundering and fraud detection. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to oversee complex AML operations are essential. A bachelor's degree is required.
