Salary: PLN 27,100 - 31,900 / monthly

Revolut is a global fintech company with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The Financial Crime Compliance Lead will join the second line of defence within the Financial Crime team, which combines regulatory expertise with data-driven approaches to prevent financial crime at scale. Key responsibilities include: - Maintaining and updating group-wide financial crime policies and minimum standards across the organization - Overseeing quarterly performance of entity Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLROs) and compliance managers - Identifying, remediating, and resolving financial crime-related risk incidents with senior management oversight - Defining and enforcing standards for managing financial crime risks across the organization - Providing second line of defence support to business teams, first line of defence FinCrime teams, and entity MLRO teams during product launches and process implementations - Ensuring financial crime risks are embedded in day-to-day operations - Participating in governance committees to challenge initiatives, identify issues, and propose solutions - Establishing and maintaining dashboards to monitor compliance against risk appetite - Preparing escalation reports for senior management, group committees, and the Board on key financial crime compliance issues Required qualifications: - 8+ years of financial crime experience (AML/CTF, sanctions) covering retail and business customers - Deep knowledge of KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, risk assessments, and SARs - Understanding of innovative financial services products and their associated risks - Expertise in anti-financial crime frameworks, regulatory recommendations, and control arrangements - Knowledge of global financial crime control requirements - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Fluency in English Nice-to-have qualifications include professional certifications (ICA, ACAMS), experience in crypto/wealth/trading/correspondent banking, and familiarity with anti-fraud and control assessment processes.
