Revolut is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager to strengthen its compliance testing and assurance programme. This role sits within the Compliance team, which blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal requirements while preventing financial crime. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing compliance testing frameworks with risk-based assessments and control testing. You'll complete assurance reviews and testing activities using advanced data analytics, establishing automated queries and dashboards to enable more frequent and insightful testing. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve regulatory adherence and company standards, executing project plans to address remediation findings, and driving multiple concurrent reviews across local and multi-jurisdictional scopes. You'll challenge colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and use data analytics to identify actionable insights that materially enhance the control environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement to hold first-line-of-defense teams accountable for compliance matters. Required qualifications: 3+ years of financial crime risk experience in fintech, traditional financial institutions, or regulatory bodies. Relevant assurance and internal/external audit experience focusing on risk and compliance. Expertise in controls, risk, and policy/procedure testing. Knowledge of French FinCrime regulations is essential. You'll need excellent data interrogation skills, a results-driven and detail-oriented approach, and relevant certifications such as ACAMS or ICA. Fluency in English is required. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with payment screening, regulatory reporting, SAR filing, sanction and PEP regulations, AML transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB onboarding risk identification, FCA and EU AML directive knowledge, and data analytics expertise in SQL or Python.
