Salary: PLN 17,000 - 23,600 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager to strengthen its compliance testing and assurance programme. This role sits within the Compliance team, which blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal requirements while managing conduct risk in a fast-moving digital environment.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing compliance testing frameworks with risk-based assessments and control testing; completing assurance reviews using advanced data analytics; establishing automated queries and dashboards for frequent, insightful testing; identifying opportunities to improve regulatory adherence and company standards; executing remediation project plans addressing findings through process updates and training; managing multiple concurrent reviews (local and multi-jurisdictional) with management reporting; challenging colleagues to build efficient risk controls; and leveraging data analytics to drive material enhancements to the control environment.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in fintech, traditional financial institutions, or regulatory bodies; relevant assurance and internal/external audit experience focused on risk and compliance; expertise in controls, risk, and policy/procedure testing; strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to interrogate large datasets for actionable insights; results-driven and detail-oriented mindset; interest in deepening compliance knowledge; experience creating or using test scripts/procedures; relevant financial crime certifications (ACAMS, ICA preferred); experience with financial crime risks; fluency in English.
Nice-to-have skills include payment screening, regulatory reporting, SAR filing, sanctions/PEP regulations, AML transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB onboarding risk identification, FCA/EU AML directive knowledge, customer risk scoring design, and data analytics proficiency (SQL, Python).
The role is remote, available in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. Compensation varies by location: Poland PLN 17,000–23,600 gross monthly; Lithuania €4,600–6,500 gross monthly; other locations discussed during interviews.
