Revolut is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager to join its Compliance team and help strengthen financial crime risk management across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring Revolut's products and processes meet all regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. You will design and implement compliance testing and assurance programs, including risk-based compliance assessments, control testing, and assurance planning. Your responsibilities include completing assurance reviews and testing activities using advanced data analytics, establishing automated queries and dashboards to drive frequent testing and insights, and identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements. You will execute project plans to address remediation efforts and testing findings, manage multiple concurrent reviews (local and multi-jurisdictional), and drive execution of management reporting on review outcomes. A key aspect of the role is challenging colleagues to build efficient, world-class risk management controls and processes, and using data analytics to identify actionable insights that materially enhance the control environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in fintech, traditional financial institutions, or regulatory bodies, with relevant experience in assurance, internal/external audit, or risk and compliance domains. You should have expertise in controls, risk, and policy/procedure testing, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and experience interrogating large datasets. Financial crime and compliance qualifications (ACAMS, ICA) and experience with financial crime risks are required. Nice-to-have skills include payment screening, regulatory reporting, SAR filing, sanction/PEP regulations, AML transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB onboarding risk identification, and data analytics (SQL/Python). This is a remote role available to candidates in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. Compensation in Lithuania ranges from €6,200–€6,500 gross monthly; other locations will be discussed during interviews.
