Salary: USD 77,000 - 102,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Electronic Warfare (EW) division builds next-generation electronic warfare platforms—hardware-enabled, software-defined systems that are fielded, in production, and scaling from hundreds to thousands of units.
As a Financial Analyst II supporting the Electromagnetic Warfare business line, you will own program and project financial management across a portfolio of contracts and internally funded development efforts. You will partner closely with program management and business line leadership to translate business activity into revenue, COGS, and margin on the P&L.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own rolling monthly forecasts, working closely with engineering stakeholders (Product, Program, and Engineering Leads)
- Work with PMs to develop and maintain EAC (Estimate at Completion) forecasts and ETC (Estimate to Complete) integrity
- Analyze and monitor contract profit margins
- Support P&L forecasting by contract and business line
- Own IRAD (Internal Research and Development) financial management, including budget tracking and reporting on internally funded development programs
- Deliver monthly internal management reporting through presentations and written communications
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis
- Support month-end close activities in partnership with accounting and other functional teams
- Build reports and automated dashboards in FP&A and BI tools
- Support pricing and proposal activities
- Assist in long-range planning
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures
- Ad hoc support and special projects

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Working knowledge of BAC (Budget at Completion), EAC, and ETC management
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to apply for and maintain a U.S. security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- DoD, manufacturing, and/or tech industry experience
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and Salesforce CRM
