Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join the Arsenal-1 manufacturing finance team. This role sits at the intersection of programs, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate finance, providing critical financial oversight of a high-volume, multi-product manufacturing operation.
You will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting across multiple manufacturing functions, including headcount planning, working capital management, plant and product line profitability analysis, and variance reporting. Key responsibilities include month-end close and reporting, departmental budgeting and forecasting, and in-depth quantitative analyses such as variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to identify performance drivers and risks.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to support make-vs-buy decisions and what-if scenarios, establish transparency into plant manufacturing costs, and develop complex financial models to assess various scenarios and support strategic initiatives. The role also involves implementing standardized work for scrap, rework, and financial reporting processes, and identifying and implementing process improvements alongside site leaders.
This is an on-site position requiring strong financial modeling expertise, experience in plant manufacturing environments, and the ability to build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders. You will interact closely with program management, business line leadership, and senior leadership to ensure Arsenal-1 delivers on its financial commitments and supports strategic decision-making.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 3-5 years of manufacturing finance, FP&A, or cost accounting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. Oracle Fusion experience is a plus. You must be authorized to work in the United States.
