Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion. The Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) division builds autonomous air vehicles and munitions systems designed for contested environments and hyper-scale production, including platforms like Fury and Barracuda.
As a Financial Analyst II in the AD&S Finance team, you will provide dedicated program finance support to the Advanced Effects Business Line, which spans cutting-edge missile programs rapidly scaling from development into production. Your primary focus is tracking and forecasting the cost build-up of hardware products—understanding how material, labor, and overhead flow through each stage of the product lifecycle and translating that into reliable baselines, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Key responsibilities include owning program-level cost forecasting and EAC/ETC development for hardware programs transitioning from development to production; building and maintaining bottoms-up cost models capturing material, labor, overhead, and subcontract elements; tracking actuals against baselines and driving root-cause analysis with program and supply chain teams; delivering monthly program financial reporting to leadership; partnering with Supply Chain and Accounting to reconcile procurement activity and cost postings; supporting development of forecasting workflows in FP&A and ERP tools (Oracle, Anaplan, Foundry); assisting in pricing activities and proposal cost development; contributing to long-range planning and production rate ramp modeling; and driving continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and process efficiency.
You will operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, carrying projects from inception to completion while communicating financial performance clearly to cross-functional stakeholders including Program Managers, Supply Chain, and Accounting. The role requires navigating ongoing data and systems challenges as the company matures its ERP and forecasting tool environments.
