Kaseya is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance organization, supporting the Go-to-Market (GTM) functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Professional Services. This role is critical to financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed SaaS environment. Key responsibilities include partnering with GTM and Finance leadership to analyze financial performance, operating metrics, and unit economics (ARR, renewals, expansion, cost drivers). You will develop and maintain management reporting and dashboards to track KPIs, productivity, and performance against plan, forecast, and prior periods. The role involves supporting annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning by building and maintaining financial models for revenue, headcount, capacity, and operating expenses. You will perform ad-hoc and project-based analyses to support strategic initiatives such as capacity planning, coverage models, efficiency programs, and margin improvement efforts. A key focus is driving automation and process improvements in reporting and analysis to enhance accuracy, scalability, and speed of insight delivery. You will identify key performance drivers, anomalies, and variances, proactively surfacing insights and recommendations to Finance and business stakeholders. The role requires preparing clear, concise materials for senior leadership that translate complex financial and operational data into actionable, executive-level insights. You will serve as a thought partner to GTM and Finance leaders, challenging assumptions, pressure-testing scenarios, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure and dynamic situations, demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, and the ability to build complex financial models. You must synthesize information effectively, work at a fast pace in rapidly changing environments, and collaborate both independently and with teams. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, customer/client focus, results orientation, self-starter mentality, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
