As a Financial Analyst, you will join the Finance team and play a critical role in driving financial decision-making across this fast-growing aerospace and defense technology company. This role sits at the intersection of finance, engineering, operations, and strategy, requiring close collaboration with business leaders across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning budgets and forecasts for programs and operations
- Analyzing program and operating performance to identify trends and variances
- Building financial models to support strategic planning and resource allocation
- Providing analytical insights to support investment and resource allocation decisions
- Developing a deep understanding of how engineering programs, hardware development, manufacturing, and business operations translate into financial performance
- Supporting financial planning and analysis across the organization
