Thunes is seeking a Finance Transformation & Corporate Development Manager to report to the CFO and drive finance modernization, automation, and strategic growth initiatives.
You will own multiple high-impact workstreams: (1) Finance Technology & Automation—developing and executing the finance automation roadmap, identifying process improvement opportunities, partnering with Technology and Data teams to implement digital solutions, and evaluating emerging technologies like AI for finance operations; (2) Strategic Finance & Analytics—supporting the CFO with financial modeling, scenario analysis, business cases, profitability analysis, and executive reporting; (3) Corporate Development Support—evaluating M&A opportunities, performing valuation modeling, supporting due diligence, and tracking market trends in payments and fintech; and (4) Strategic Projects—coordinating cross-functional transformation initiatives across Finance, Technology, Product, and Operations.
You will work closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, Corporate Development, Technology & Data teams, and business unit leaders to build a scalable, efficient, and insight-driven finance function.
Ideal candidates bring 4–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or finance transformation. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are essential. Experience with finance systems, automation, data analytics, or process improvement is preferred. Background in fintech, payments, technology, or high-growth environments is advantageous. You should be a strong problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and demonstrate curiosity about technology and business transformation.
