Join The Stepstone Group's Group Finance Solutions department as a Finance Systems Manager responsible for the development, stability, and continuous improvement of the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) ecosystem. You will enable reliable planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization while collaborating with international stakeholders, corporate controllers, and financial analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day management, administration, monitoring, and continuous optimization of the system landscape, including server administration and issue resolution
- Partner with international stakeholders, corporate controllers, and financial analysts to translate complex global business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design, build, and enhance complex IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes to support enterprise-wide planning and reporting
- Develop, maintain, and improve intuitive user interfaces within Planning Analytics while ensuring robust data integrations between TM1 and key corporate systems
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation while establishing best practices and governance standards

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in finance systems, financial planning, or consulting
- Strong expertise in multidimensional data modelling, particularly IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including TurboIntegrator (TI), rules, and MDX
- Solid understanding of relational databases; experience with Anaplan or Lucanet is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of FP&A and accounting processes in corporate environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or German
